This is an exciting and varied opportunity for an exceptional candidate keen to gain hands-on experience with a growing luxury fashion brand. We are seeking a highly organised individual who will assist across all areas of the brand.
Fulfilment and Shipping
  • Picking, processing and packaging website and wholesale orders in line with the brand aesthetic and standard.
  • Creating courier labels from scratch (DHL), including entering customs info and ensuring all details are accurate and compliant.
  • Dispatching website and wholesale orders in a timely fashion with our nominated couriers and updating tracking info as required.
  • Arranging and monitoring international shipments, issuing commercial invoices and raising any customs disputes.
  • Checking in, processing and packing away new production deliveries, matching against delivery notes and carrying out quality control.
Studio, Stock and Sample Organisation
  • Helping with general studio tasks as needed, both manual and administrational.
  • Ensuring office and studio supplies are kept well stocked in a timely manner. This includes recognising when supplies are low and re-ordering in good time or asking the senior team to do so.
  • Ensuring all company supplies and packaging are stored in an efficient and tidy manner to avoid damage and waste.
  • Customer service assistance via email and telephone.
  • Work with all internal teams to support as required.
  • Preparing and organising items, stock, samples, and assets for events.
  • Welcoming visitors to the studio and providing refreshments as needed.
  • Organisation of the stockroom and communal areas, ensuring all areas of the studio are kept exceptionally clean, tidy and organised, including  recycling/waste management where required.
  • Identifying where new organisational storage, fixtures and fittings are required to keep the space and stock in good order and communicating this with the senior team.
  • Ensuring all stock is maintained in perfect and saleable condition as per the stock guidelines.
  • Full update of the stock inventory every season.
  • Care and management of the sample collections, notifying the senior team of any damage and facilitating repairs as necessary.
Wider Team Assistance
  • Assisting the Brand Manager and various internal teams as required. These tasks may include but are not limited to:
  • Support with varied tasks during marketing events and photoshoots.
  • Support with sending press releases and press samples.
  • Assisting with wholesale and retail events.
  • Support with website uploads and asset management.
  • Any other tasks which require an extra pair of hands.
  • Running errands as required.
Skills and Qualifications Required: 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to chip in with all aspects of a small, growing business, whether manual or administrational.
  • Adaptable and flexible to change.
  • Customer service experience.

Although these will be your main responsibilities, the nature of working in an exciting and growing brand means that you will be exposed to many other aspects of the business, with a willingness to pitch in required.
Salary: £22,000 Pro Rata
