You should receive your order within 7 working days of receipt of payment. Your order will be shipped with DHL and you will receive tracking information once collected.
All deliveries will require a signature. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.
Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some shared accommodation and apartment buildings will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however, we will try to contact you, in this case, to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.
All orders with a delivery address outside of the UK/EU will be priced exclusive of VAT. Destination duties and taxes may be due prior to delivery.
EU customers will be charged tax at the point of sale, and we will then cover your import taxes, meaning no further payment should be due on arrival of your parcel.
BREXIT UPDATE FOR EU CUSTOMERS
We know that some customers may have been surprised recently with additional charges to your deliveries within the EU and Northern Ireland; we too were taken by surprise.
As a business we are trying to navigate our way around the new Brexit deal and come up with a long term shipping solution.
In the interim, please see below our new shipping terms for orders within the EU and Northern Ireland only. We hope that this method will ensure your experience with us is as smooth as possible.
We will now ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). This means that we will charge you tax at the point of sale, and we will then cover your import taxes, customs charges and handling fees, ensuring no further payment is due from you after the checkout process.
We hope by shipping your orders by DDP within the EU and Northern Ireland you will not encounter any additional charges. If for any reason you do, please contact our customer service team and they will look into the matter.
This is a new situation for us all and we cannot guarantee that your individual country will not add additional fees that we may not be aware of. Thank you in advance to understanding and bearing with us.
