EE-Commerce Assistant
Part-time role – 3 days per week

We are currently recruiting for an e-commerce assistant to support the in-house team. As an essential part of the team you will work on all aspects of the e-commerce operation; processing and gift-wrapping orders, booking courier collections, dealing with overseas shipments, answering customer enquiries, updating the website and designing newsletters.
We are a small team and we help each other where necessary. You will be expected to be a team player and to help out with the daily running of the studio, including participating in any events we may hold.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Processing, packaging and dispatching orders with our nominated couriers
- – Keeping track of stock and updating our inventory daily
- – Adding, updating and editing all product pictures and stock availability
- – Responding to customer enquiries in a professional manor and according to brand guidelines
- – Maintaining the online store on a daily basis
- – Helping to design and deliver marketing campaigns and online features
- – Helping with daily studio tasks
The Ideal Candidate
- – IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- – Good knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce
- – Excellent spelling and grammar and keen attention to detail
- – Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in fast-paced environment
- – Career and business focused
- – Previous e-commerce experience is essential
