Description
This design is based around ancient Tibetan artwork, and features an elegant cloud motif often found in traditional paintings and thangkas. These pure wool pleated kilt skirts have a boxy fit, sitting on the low hips. The brass buckle fastens on the left side, and the hem falls to just above the ankle.
