Which scarf type is right for me?
If you’re not sure which size or fabric to choose for your new scarf, our ‘Scarf Styling’ page may help you. You can see the different variations being tied and worn, and see how each fabric behaves when handled. You can then filter our shop page to see all the options in your chosen fabrication.
How can I view all the designs on one page?
If you prefer to shop by design, you can shop using the ‘Designs’ tab in the top menu bar.
How do I know which clothing size to choose?
Our clothing is sized from extra small to large. You can view measurements for each item within the details of the product page. If you need any further specifics, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card from the ‘Cards’ section of our web store. Simply enter your chosen card value and proceed to checkout. A physical card will be sent to you in a branded gift box. Your gift card will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with DHL. Once your order has been collected from us, you will receive an email from DHL with your tracking information and delivery options. We do not currently ship to China or Russia.
How much are your shipping charges?
We offer free delivery within the UK for all orders over £50. Orders under £50 have a shipping fee of £3.95. For international shipments, we charge a fee of £15 to the customer, and we subsidise the remaining charges.
Will I have to pay additional customs duties?
If shopping from outside of the UK, any applicable duties/taxes will be added to your basket at checkout. No further payment will be due to the courier on delivery.
When will my order arrive?
For UK destinations, most orders arrive within 2-4 working days. For international orders, deliveries usually arrive within 5-10 working days. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at email@example.com.
Will a signature be required for my order?
The recipient’s signature is required for all orders.
Are there any Brexit/EU duty charges?
Our European Union customers will not face any additional charges post-Brexit. Due to our products being manufactured in the UK, we are exempt from EU duty charges. EU customers will pay for the product and destination country taxes only.
What means of payment are accepted?
Your purchases may be paid for by credit or debit card. You must state your credit or debit card number, along with the expiration date and security code for this purpose. Payments via PayPal are also accepted.
Is my payment secure?
All transactions made on sabinasavage.com are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with ‘https’ indicates that you are in a secure setting.
Will my order be gift wrapped?
All of our products arrive gift wrapped as standard. You can find details of our gift wrap on each product page. If your order is being shipped directly to the recipient, please notify us at checkout and we will omit any paperwork from the package.
Can I include a personalised message with my order?
When confirming your order, it is possible to add a personal message to include with your order. This message will be hand-written on a printed gift-card by a member of our team.
How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with your full name, order number and reason for return: firstname.lastname@example.org. The order must be returned via a tracked service in its original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your order arrives back with us, it will be quality checked by the team. We will notify you as soon as this has been completed and the refund has been processed. Please allow between 5-7 working days for the funds to register back into your account.
Can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange your order for an item of the same value, please contact us with your full name and order number at email@example.com.
How do I wash my scarf?
We recommend that all of our scarves are dry clean only. This process will protect the colour and softness of the fabric and is formulated for delicate items.
How do I treat a loose thread on my fringed scarf?
If you have one of our hand-fringed scarves, you may notice a thread working loose from time to time. We recommend using nail scissors to snip the thread as close to the scarf as possible, taking care not to snip any of the fringes.
How do I authenticate a Sabina Savage item?
The only way to guarantee authenticity is to purchase items from sabinasavage.com or one of our authorised vendors. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any products purchased from outside of these sources.
