RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return your order, please notify us by email within 14 days of receipt: orders@sabinasavage.com

Please securely package the item in its original packaging, including any additional accessories (gift box/dust bag/design book).

You will be sent a returns label by email, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Please see return shipping charges below:

UK: £10.00 GBP

EU: €40.00 EUR

USA: $40.00 USD

Rest of World: £50.00 GBP

Please note: These charges are reflective of true shipping costs; Outbound order shipments from our website are heavily subsidised by the company. Any duty and tax charges noted on your original order confirmation are non-refundable. 

 

REFUNDS

Once your order arrives back with us, it will be quality checked by the team within 3 working days.  We will notify you by email once this has been completed and the refund has been processed. Please allow between 5-7 working days for the funds to register back into your account.
