£31,000-33,000 pro rata, dependent on experience.

About the role:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be a vital member of our small and dynamic team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, ensuring marketing initiatives run smoothly, even in the manager’s absence. Your ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain excellent attention to detail is key to success in this role.
Including but not limited to:
Ecommerce Management:
- Manage the seasonal upload of new collection to the website
- Responsible for the day-to-day backend of the e-commerce website, implementing content and functionality updates as directed by the Marketing and Sales Managers.
Public Relations
- Develop seasonal line sheets and organise corresponding digital asset folders for all media and press outreach.
- Maintain and strategically manage the PR database, ensuring a consistent rotation of new pitches, follow-ups, and securing product placement.
- Manage the VIP contact database and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a gifting strategy designed to cultivate genuine brand relationships.
Sample Management
- Oversee end-to-end sample management, coordinating the logistics of all send-outs and returns for photoshoots and critical press placements.
- Responsible for tracking samples to ensure accurate inventory.
Social Media
- Coordinate and schedule cross-platform social media content (including but not limited to META and Pinterest)
- Draft the content schedule and calendar, ensuring all output is strategically aligned with the wider marketing vision.
Event Coordination
- Proactively research and present proposals for various event locations, covering needs ranging from seasonal campaign shoots to consumer-facing pop-up shops.
- Co-ordinate pre-planning and logistics of events, providing on-site support during events.
Market Research & Strategy Support
- Take the lead on specific research projects assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Responsible for conducting thorough research and confident in compiling and presenting key findings as well as own suggestions to further inform future strategy.
Digital Asset & Collateral Management
- Organise and maintain the library of PR assets, including company-approved text and high-resolution imagery.
- Ensure all outbound digital assets are correctly formatted, renamed, and resized according to external media specifications.
Team and Operational Support
- During peak periods, provide essential support to the ecommmerce assistant, with the efficient and timely fulfilment of online orders.
- Undertake diverse ad-hoc operational tasks as required, including the coordination of team travel and accommodation logistics
Experience Required:
- 2+ years experience in a marketing or PR role.
- 2+ years current experience in Shopify
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
Bonus experience:
- Proficient in image editing software (E.g Photoshop) for tasks such as resizing, background removal and logo implementation is desirable but not essential.
