We're hiring - Sales Assistant
Location: New Bond Street, London
Salary: £11.95/per hour
Full Time or Part Time
Start date: Fortnightly rolling contract starting on the 14th of November
Overview:
We’re currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our pop-up store. This role involves representing the company, specializing in luxury scarves and womenswear, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You’ll engage with clients daily, creating desire and maximizing sales opportunities through top-tier luxury service. As a brand ambassador, you’ll show genuine fashion interest, offer styling and advice, and exceed client expectations, standing at the forefront of our business and enhancing the client experience.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand
- Deliver a luxury shopping experience to all customers, which is inspiring and engaging and encourages purchase
- Process the sale in a confident and professional manner
- Support control and management of stock
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are attended
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment
- Experience in selling RTW / Accessories
- Passion for fashion and sales
- Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability
- Strong team player
- Good customers focus with strong presentation and communication skills
- A fluent level in English is essential. Other languages are considered a plus
